The hostel is located in the suburbs of the old town and it seems an area very poor, but it is about ten minutes walk from the old town. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was cheap. The hostel is family run, the houskeeper is very kind, but she and her husband don't speak english.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and affable and check in was early. The room was good basic and impeccably clean with value for money and a shower, for instance, booked it for US$ 34. The vibe here was homelike...

The Hostel is quite near to the old town of Tallin, just a walk of about ten minutes. I liked best to visit the very busy town and then come back and sit in the quiet garden.
The housekeeper was friendly, but couldn`t speak any foreign language. So there were no tipps where to buy food. And at the hostel you couldn´t buy anything to drink.

Nicely furnished apartment, spotlessly clean with well-equipped kitchen, huge comfortable bed and functioning shower. Easy reach from port and train station by tram. Located in attractive area with beautiful art nouveau buildings. Friendly and helpful host providing useful information about the city.

Basic but clean and fairly well maintained rooms. The location was also not bad (10 min walk from the old town).
Nothing that I can think of.

Really enjoyed the comfy bed in my twin room. Btw it included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and a refrigerator. The location was good and awesome, around 10-15 minutes walk from Balti Jamm Market. There was a nice restaurant at a moderate distance from the hotel.

I recently stayed at Vabriku Guesthouse for a few nights and I was extremely pleased with my experience. The location of the hotel is perfect - it's tucked away in a quiet area, yet still easily accessible to the center of the city by tram. The building itself is a charming old historical building that has been upgraded with modern amenities in the rooms. The room I stayed in was sparkling clean and felt brand new. The fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor was a nice bonus, as I could enjoy a cup of tea whenever I wanted. the ample parking was a great convenience, especially considering the hotel's close proximity to the old city.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and well kept. It felt more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel.
I got a little nervous while arriving first into the hostels location but it was safe enough and a good location in hindsight.

I had a single room, but it had a good size bed and felt spacious compared to some places I've been. There was a well equipped kitchen which included a dining area if you wished to eat there. This was great to help keep costs down. Did not seem like a hostel at all, as I think it only had private rooms, and was quite small. It was well situated for access to the old town on foot, and had trams available less than 10m minutes walk away for exploring a bit further afield. Very good value for what it offered.
Only slight difficulty was that the walls were a bit thin and you could hear quite a bit from neighbouring rooms. Not an issue within my stay, but could be a problem if you had inconsiderate late night noisy neighbours.
